Choosing a venue for the world's first dedicated AI agent trade exhibition wasn't a decision we took lightly. The venue needed to match the ambition of the event — a space that's both iconic enough to attract international attention and practical enough to deliver an exceptional experience for exhibitors and visitors.
Olympia ticked every box.
130 years of world-class exhibitions
Olympia has been at the heart of London's exhibition scene since 1886. The venue has hosted everything from motor shows to technology conferences, earning a reputation as one of the most recognisable exhibition spaces in the world. When we tell potential exhibitors and speakers where Agentic Expo is being held, the name carries weight. People know Olympia. They trust it. That matters when you're launching something new.
The recent £1.3 billion transformation has brought the venue into a new era. The exhibition halls combine original architectural character with modern infrastructure — high-speed connectivity, flexible power distribution, and climate control that keeps 5,000 visitors comfortable across two days. It's a space that feels both established and forward-looking, which is exactly the tone we want for an event about cutting-edge technology.
Location and accessibility
Olympia sits in West Kensington, connected to central London by five Underground stations within walking distance. Kensington (Olympia) station — served by the Overground and District line — is literally attached to the venue. Visitors arriving from outside London via Paddington are a short journey away.
For international visitors, Heathrow is a straightforward Piccadilly line ride. Eurostar passengers from Paris, Brussels, or Amsterdam arrive at St Pancras and can reach Olympia in under 30 minutes. We expect a significant proportion of our audience to travel from outside the UK, and Olympia's connectivity makes that friction-free.
Hotels cluster around the venue and along the transport routes. From budget options in Earl's Court to business hotels in Kensington and Hammersmith, visitors have plenty of choice within walking distance or a short tube ride.
Why London specifically
London is the technology capital of Europe. The city is home to more AI companies than any other European city, with a concentration of talent, research, and venture capital that creates a natural gravity for the industry.
Roughly 40% of all European AI venture investment flows through London. The city's universities produce a steady pipeline of AI researchers and engineers. Its financial services, legal, and professional services sectors are among the earliest and most aggressive adopters of AI technology. And its position as a global business hub means that decision-makers from every industry are already here or travel here regularly.
For the world's first dedicated agentic AI trade show, there was no other city that made as much sense.
The exhibition experience
Agentic Expo will occupy dedicated halls within Olympia, giving us the space to create a focused, immersive experience. The exhibition floor will host 150 to 200 exhibitors across clearly defined zones — Agentic Enterprises, Agentic Engineering, and Agentic Industries — so visitors can navigate efficiently and exhibitors are positioned alongside relevant peers.
Separate areas for the keynote stage, networking lounge, and meeting spaces mean that the event supports every type of interaction — from casual discovery on the show floor to structured conversations in private meeting rooms.
We've worked with Olympia's events team to ensure that the technical infrastructure supports live agent demonstrations, high-bandwidth connectivity, and the kind of interactive experiences that set a technology exhibition apart from a conference.
