Agentic Expo 2027 ("the Event") is organised by Prime Events Group Ltd ("the Organiser"), registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15898348), with registered address at 4th Floor Office, 205 Regent Street, London, W1B 4HB.
The Event is scheduled to take place on 23-24 March 2027 at Olympia, London, W14 8UX.
2.1. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
2.2. All ticket prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) will be added at checkout.
2.3. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. The Organiser does not store card details.
2.4. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is correct.
2.5. Tickets are issued subject to availability.
3.1. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
3.2. Name transfers are permitted. To transfer your ticket to another person, please contact info@agenticexpo.ai at least 14 days before the Event with the new attendee's full name, email address, job title, and company.
3.3. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse a name transfer at its discretion.
4.1. The Organiser reserves the right to alter the Event programme, speakers, exhibitors, timings, and venue layout without prior notice.
4.2. In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled by the Organiser, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a rescheduled date, at the Organiser's discretion.
4.3. If the Event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued for postponement.
5.1. The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, government actions, pandemic, epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, fire, flood, or industrial disputes.
6.1. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the Event without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or in breach of these terms.
6.2. Ticket holders must carry valid photo identification and may be asked to present it upon entry.
6.3. Children under 16 are not permitted at the Event.
7.1. By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Such recordings may be used by the Organiser for promotional and marketing purposes.
7.2. Attendees may take photographs and recordings for personal and professional use. Commercial filming requires prior written consent from the Organiser.
8.1. Personal data collected during ticket purchase and registration will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
8.2. Your data may be shared with exhibitors and sponsors where you have opted in or where it is necessary for the delivery of the Event.
8.3. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting info@agenticexpo.ai.
9.1. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property at the Event.
9.2. The Organiser's total liability in connection with the Event shall not exceed the price paid for the ticket.
9.3. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10.1. Exhibitor participation is governed by a separate Exhibitor Agreement. These visitor terms do not apply to exhibitors.
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11.2. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
